Say bon-voyage to single use beverage cups with my eco-friendly stoneware travel mug.
Handmade stoneware travel mug, thrown using black clay on the potter's wheel. Glazed in my Glenbrittle glaze; a subtle pale blue base with soft pink hues at the edges.
Made from black stoneware clay it is strong and durable. When the mug is partially dried the base is fettled and my potter’s mark added. Once bone dry it is fired to 1060 degrees centigrade. It is high fired to 1240 degrees centigrade.
Each mug is unique and the mug one you receive will vary slightly from the one pictured.
The mug comes with a grey silicone lid and two interchangable grey sleeves; one slim, one wide. Silicone is made from Silica - which is not plastic and does not derive from the petrochemical industry.

Made with lead free glazes.
Dinnerware safe.
Dishwasher safe but I recommend hand washing to ensure the longevity of handmade pottery.
Silicone is not plastic it is made using silica.
